Principal
Mr. Gary Tate
As a child who grew up in the public school system of Columbus, Ohio, my early education was heavily influenced by the dedication and determination of my classroom teachers. In addition to providing me with a solid educational foundation, they encouraged me to strive for excellence and embedded a deep sense of pride and personal accountability in taking control of my own educational success.
I spent my earlier years under the influence of the many individuals that were a part of his life within my Eastside neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio. I am a graduate of West High and an alumnae of Otterbein college and Grand Canyon University where I received my Master of Education Degree from Grand Canyon University in Educational Leadership. I have 20 + years of experience in the field of education, and over 13 years of experience as an administrator. For the past 8 years I have had the pleasure of serving in Cincinnati Public Schools at both the elementary and high school level as an administrator.
I am a husband, as well as the father of six boys, four of whom are on the autism spectrum.
