We are very proud to be a Community Learning Center that provides services to engage, educate and support our students, their families and our community. We have partners on site as well as other partners, including community volunteers, that focus on the whole student throughout their journey with us.

  • Adopt A Class — Adopt A Class connects businesses and civic groups, as mentors, with students in schools with high percentages of poverty. Each month, adopters visit our school to conduct monthly mentoring with educational activities, field trips, and pen-palling that focus particularly on college & career, STEM, and life skills.
  • Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati — Provides school uniforms to students through Operation School Bell
  • A Sound Mind Counseling — Five-Year Trauma Grant in partnership with Children's Hospital
  • Be The Change — Places one-on-one tutors in schools; a collaboration between CPS, United Way and StrivePartnership
  • Beech Acres Parent Peer Support — Parent peer wrap-around support; one part-time parent peer support
  • Boy Scouts of America — Imani after-school partner/character-building activities
  • Boys and Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati — Imani after-school partner
  • Children's Home of Cincinnati — Mental health partner that provides individual and group support to students in need; two full-time therapists
  • Childrens Hunger Alliance — Program that feeds children nutritious meals, increases easy access to nutritious food and educates children about healthy food choices and physical activity
  • Childrens Inc — Service learning
  • Cincinnati Ballet — CincyDance!, a program providing free dance classes and dance attire to young people with no previous formal dance training
  • Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) — Partnership with the Heart Health and Obesity (BMI) Clinic to provide medical and nutritional support for students referred into the program and Five-Year Trauma Grant Team
  • Cincinnati Health Department — Works in the schools to improve the health and wellness of each student; one full-time nurse
  • Cincinnati Youth Collaborative (CYC) — Provides mentors for students (grades 2-6)
  • Cincysmiles Foundation —Provides dental support schoolwide
  • Crossroads Health Center — School-based health center; one part-time nurse practitioner
  • Ensemble Theatre — A program that provides field trips and school performances throughout the year
  • Family and Community Engagement Dept. (FACE) — CPS Family Engagement Pledge
  • Freestore Foodbank — Provides Power Packs on Fridays to students who might otherwise not have food over the weekend; Power Packs are only for students who exhibit a chronic hunger
  • Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program — A federal grant that provides schools with fresh produce
  • G.E.M.S.(Girls Empowered Motivated and Successful) — Girls mentoring program for grades 4-6
  • Growing Well Cincinnati — Provides support for health and wellness
  • Hamilton County ESC (Education Service Center) — Provides instructional coach and tutors for grades K-6; one part-time instructional coach and two full-time tutors
  • Hamilton County Job and Family Services — KIDS IN SCHOOL RULE! Supports students in the child-protection system
  • Hyde Park Church — Provides overall schoolwide support and event support; main focus is on tutoring and mentoring support for students in second and sixth grades.
  • Imani Family Center — Partnership that provides after-school program; one full-time site coordinator
  • Leading with Literacy — Academic enrichment program in which males read to a class once a week in grades K-3
  • Luxottica — Assists students with prescriptions and eyewear
  • M.O. R. E Program – Men of Respect and Education — Boys mentoring program through CPS for grades 4-6
  • McMicken Dental Center — Provides dental services
  • Miami University — Baskets, Cohort, Good Book and Paints
  • MORTAR — Vision 2020 Partner focused on Student Enterprise, including a Mortar Remix after-school club
  • Neediest Kids of All — Assists students with basic necessities such as coats, hats, uniforms, eyeglasses and shoes; through donations and fundraisers
  • Peaslee Neighborhood Center — Offers enrichment programs and community outreach
  • PNC Bank — Provides academic support with preschool
  • Project Connect — Provides homeless services
  • Rothenberg Rooftop Garden, LLC — One part-time curriculum manager/site coordinator and one part-time volunteer manager/program coordinator
  • Summer Camp Reading (SCR) — Offsite academic summer enrichment program targeted to incoming third graders
  • Suzuki Music — Music Enrichment Program for K-6th grade students with a parent engagement component
  • University of Cincinnati (UC) — Vision 2020 Partner; provides support to day-to-day instruction
  • Whiz Kids — Offsite tutoring/mentoring program that provides transportation for students in grades 2-6; Gospel City Mission and Crossroads Church partnership
